This week it’s my 59th birthday.
It causes me no little amusement that at this age I’m doing things that I was doing ~40 years younger. Recording and releasing music (although that was still a pipe dream back then), playing live, having some proper good natters with other creative folk about projects that may or may not happen. Good times.
And the fact that folk like my stuff is wonderful – so thank you to everyone who has listened, bought, posted, commented and generally shown the slightest bit of interest in what I do – you are very, very appreciated.
So, I thought I’d do something for you, dear listener, on my birthday.
Last year, I tried something different from a promo aspect. It crashed and burned, but it means I have *loads* of codes for all my releases though to Three Knocks printed up.
So, I’m going to give away 59 almost complete gribbles discographies. Almost complete becuase it doesn’t have the release I did this year, or an exclusive track that was just for last year’s Switched On festival @ Whitby.
All you need to do is drop me a message on Bluesky, Mastodon or Bandcamp, wishing me a happy birthday and letting me know your email address. For the first 59 folk to do that, I’ll send you an image of one of the printed sheets that contains all the codes for everything from version0.1b though to Three Knocks e.p.

That’s over 120 gribblytunes! I know! Who’d’ve thought?!?
I’ll be posting another update soon with news of a physical release, and some online streamed gigs.
But in the meantime, here’s a little work in progress that’s on the candidate list for an album of more chilled tunes that’s currently bubbling away…
Sundogs (Demo 1)
Cheers,
Graham
P.S. I promise not use your email for anything else that sending you the free codes.
